1. How do I update my contact details?
You will need to log in with your User ID and password under the 'log in' section on the right hand side of the Web site. Your User ID and password were emailed to you when you first registered on melcrum.com, but if you have no record of these, please email customerservice@melcrum.com. Once you've logged in, click on ‘My Account' in the top menu, and you will be able to update your details.

2. How do I update my topic alert preferences?
You will need to log in with your User ID and password under the ‘log in' section on the right hand side of the Web site. Your User ID and password were emailed to you when you first registered on melcrum.com, but if you have no record of these, please email customerservice@melcrum.com. Once you've logged in, click on “My Account” in the top menu and then "Topic Alerts". You can then choose which alerts you would like to receive.

3. I have lost my User ID and Password.
You can reset just your password by clicking here, but you'll need your User ID to do this. Your User ID is typically your email address. If you don’t know your User ID, please email customerservice@melcrum.com and we'll send you your details as soon as possible.

4. Will my personal information be secure?
We take your privacy very seriously at Melcrum. We will only ever share your details with third parties with your express permission. We will never rent your email address to any third parties. When you register to use our site, Melcrum will ask you to provide your name, organization, email address, and other information. We use that information to provide you with a more personalized online experience and to process orders, as well as to keep track of which topics are of interest to our readers.
