Editorial questions

1. Can I get back issues?
Please call +44 (0)20 8600 4670 or email customerservice@melcrum.com. Only some back issues are likely to be available.

2. How do I submit an article to one of your publications?
We always welcome article ideas. Please email customerservice@melcrum.com and request a forward features list of the publication you are interested in submitting to. The list will contain the writing guidelines and the editor's contact details.

3. How do I appear in the Vendor Listing?
An entry in our Vendor Listing gives you a chance to reach industry professionals at some of the world's largest and most admired companies. To find out more about advertising with Melcrum, both in print and online, contact Claudia Whitcombe by email at claudia.whitcombe@melcrum.com or telephone +44 (0)20 8600 4679.

4. What's the difference between printed, online, and combined (printed and online) subscriptions?
A print subscription delivers the latest issue of a newsletter straight to your door within 72 hours of publication. Please note that shipping charges do not apply to subscription titles.

With an online subscription, you can access all the articles that have ever been published within a selected title. And the moment the latest issue is published, we'll send you an Adobe PDF file which you can search, read on screen or print out to read at your leisure. And if you lose any issues, you can easily download them again from the Melcrum Web site.

A printed and online subscription simply combines the two, giving you full access to all previously published articles and case studies from our subscription publications. This means you will receive every issue on the day it's published via Adobe PDF, plus hard copies mailed out to you within 72 hours of publication, plus full access to the electronic archive of back issues, giving you access to the experience and expertise of hundreds of the world's most successful, profitable and well-respected companies. (Value Added Tax is applicable within the EU for the online element of the subscription).

6. What's your general editorial policy?
Our editorial focus is on the latest issues and trends in communication, HR and knowledge management. Our publications aim to be non-promotional, and we accept no advertising in order to visibly maintain our independence. The only exceptions to this are a number of resources that we provide as a courtesy to subscribers and Web site users. These include the Vendor Listing, where we list useful contacts, and related reports and events. For more information about being included in these resources, either in print or online or both, please contact customerservice@melcrum.com or call +44 (0)20 8600 4670.
