Sales Executive

POSITION: Sales Executive
REPORTING IN TO: Head of Sales
SALARY: £26k OTE (£18k basic) plus performance-based team bonus

It's an exciting time to join our fast-growing company.

You'd be in our high-energy online sales team, covering our Uk and European clients. Your hours would be 9.15am - 5.30pm, full time.

You'll receive ongoing training and development (Melcrum is recognised by Investors in People) to help you develop your skills in sales and account management. Success is celebrated and good performance is rewarded through bonuses.

You must be:

  • A great communicator, both written and oral
  • Highly articulate, able to explain clearly and succinctly the benefits of the product, answer any questions customers have and take payment details
  • You'll have a willingness to succeed, flexibility to learn, good attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • You'll also be an enthusiastic self-starter, who's not afraid to ask questions and get results
