Q: How do I get there by car?
A: From Brent Cross
Join the A41 Hendon Way. Turn Right onto Queens Road. At the roundabout, turn left onto Brent Street. Continue forward on Brent Street.  At the set of traffic lights, continue forward onto Parson Street. Just before the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Ashley Lane. Hendon Hall is on your right.

From M1
Take junction 2, signposted North Circular East (A406) and the City A1. At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Parson Street.  Take the next right onto Ashley Lane.  Hendon Hall is on your right.

From A406 (North Circular)
Turn off onto A1 Great North Way.  At the second set of traffic lights, turn left onto Parson Street.  Take the next right onto Ashley Lane.  Hendon Hall is on your right.

Q: How do I get there by public transport?
A: From Central London, take the tube on the Northern Line to Hendon Central (Edgware Branch).  The station is a 15-minute walk or a five-minute taxi ride from Hendon Hall.

Q: How far is the venue from the main London airports
A:
London City Airport  - 30 minutes by car
Luton – 1 hour by car
Heathrow – 1 hour by car
Gatwick -  1h15 by car

Q: Are there special room rates at the venue for delegates for the day before or after?
A: No, the venue has a fixed rate for rooms. If you wish to stay the night before and/or the night after you will need to contact the venue directly to make this booking. Melcrum have already arranged accommodation for the night of the first day.

Q: What time does the event begin and finish?
A: Registration for the Masterclasses begins at 08:30 on day one. You will be supplied with your badge, documentation pack and any other materials at this time. Please ensure that you arrive on time and ready for the programme to begin at 09:00. Day two starts at 9am and is scheduled to finish at 17:00

Q: Will I be given homework?
A: You may be asked to look over some information on the night of the first day, however this is minimal.

Q: Will I be provided with all meals?
A: Yes, breakfast is included in the room and lunch is also provided. We have also arranged a dinner for everyone at the end of the first day.

Q: What happens if I haven’t paid before the event date?
A: You will be required to make payment before the event. If you have paid a few days before, please bring a copy of proof of payment to ensure you are permitted entry. Those who have not paid will be asked for a credit card guarantee before entry is permitted.

Q: I have special eating requirements, who should I inform?
A: Please see the dietary requirements form. Please print this and fax it back to Alex Garforth on +44 (0)20 020 8741 9975. Special arrangements will be made for you once we are informed.

Q: What happens if I can’t make it at the last minute?
A: You may substitute delegates at any time. For cancellations received in writing more than thirty (30) days prior to the event, delegates will receive a credit redeemable against a future Melcrum event. For cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to event, no credits will be issued.

Q: Can a colleague attend in my place?
A: Yes this is fine; please inform us of the names of those not attending and the person who will be attending in their place.

Q: Will I receive confirmation in the post?
A: Your invoice for the event will be sent in the post however confirmation of attendance will be sent via email.

Q: When will I receive my delegate pack?
A: Your delegate pack will be handed to you upon registration at the event.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Melcrum will provide you with the correct writing materials as well as a delegate pack. All venues that Melcrum uses have air conditioning in the rooms. If you are sensitive to air conditioning please bring the appropriate clothing.Your invoice for the event will be sent in the post however confirmation of attendance will be sent via email.

Q: A speaker's presentation is different to the one in my delegate pack, will I get an update?
A: All authorised presentations are placed on a post event website. The details of this will be emailed to you within 14 working days after the event.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: This is business casual. For the Dinner this is casual.
